Hello GREAT ones!

There is a natural rhythm and flow to things ... the sun comes up in the east, and sets in the west ... birds fly south in the winter ... we're awake by day, and sleep by night ...

Don't fight the way things go naturally ... be like the water; when it comes to a rock, it goes around it.
